Privacy Policy

Any personal information you supply to us is treated as strictly confidential and is not passed on or used for any purpose other than for dealing with your enquiry.

We do not collect information from your computer, nor do we implement 'cookies'.

Although we may keep contact details you supply us with for a short period, the status of your enquiry is monitored and if the initial enquiry goes no further, your details will be deleted. When we visit for a site survey, that information is often archived for future reference, but never passed on to any third parties.

For work we have carried out and an invoice raised, we are obliged to keep the paperwork archived for a period. After the archive period, paperwork is shredded and completely destroyed.

We do not send out 'spam' emails, or compile mailing lists.

We do not divulge details of other peoples' orders.
