COVID: Corporate event solutions. It has been a difficult year for the corporate events industry. AGMs, conferences, staff parties, team building days, product launches and more, all put on hold whilst we’ve waited for a solution to the COVID-19 pandemic to emerge.

Finally, some positive news. The Government has recently announced that conferences and other corporate events will be able to take place from October 2020 onwards. This means that now could be the perfect time to start planning your companies next event.

Companies whose events would usually have taken place earlier in 2020 are in competition for autumn, winter and 2021 dates. Consider pre-existing bookings, as well as the usual level of event enquiries for this time period; it’s easy to understand why there is likely to be a shortage of availability with high quality service service providers.

Get ahead of the crowd

As many potential private and corporate clients ponder the best course of action, this may well be the best time to investigate and register interest with your preferred suppliers. Securing, or at the very least expressing an interest in bookings for key dates with your preferred suppliers means that you’ll be kept informed and (quite possibly) given first option should enquires and interest levels begin to mount up.
