Yes, it’s another COVID-19/physical distancing based blog I’m afraid! I’m sure you’ve seen plenty in recent months. But it’s not all doom and gloom and as the title says; when it comes to events & lockdown, necessity has indeed proved to be the mother of all invention.
That’s why we want to let you know what we, and some of the other suppliers that we work with, are doing during these unprecedented and rather tricky times.
We may not be able to gather together in large groups for parties, weddings and other celebration events just yet; but there are still ways we can plan, party and enjoy ourselves. Below are a few initiatives that some of our industry friends and colleagues have introduced to help keep us all sane during the COVID-19 crisis:
Enjoy award winning cocktails -at home!
Our friends at Ace Bar Events have created a series of ‘Cocktail boxes’, containing all of the ingredients you’ll need to mix and enjoy six of their incredible cocktails at home. The cocktail boxes even come with easy to follow recipe cards and links to cocktail mixing tutorial videos – it really couldn’t be simpler!

Treat yourself to some delicious food
We work with some incredible luxury event catering companies. While the events world is in hiatus a few of them have looked to create new initiatives to keep their clients happy (and well fed) until they are able to get their full event catering services back up and running.
Caper & Berry are offering ‘The Weekender’ – three course meals, perfect for families of four, delivered to your door, ready for the weekend.
